The hotel provides free water taps. This is a significant convenience. The kids pool is a nice feature. The playground kept the children entertained. Buffet breakfast offers multiple choices.
The corridors outside of the rooms weren't cleaned very well . This was a minor issue, but it detracted from the overall experience.

i found the animation team great. they provided kids activities and a mini disco my daughter loved. the hotel kept clean rooms daily and that was great.
the shower in my room was never warm. also, the food in the dining room was tepid at best during meal times. there was variety, but the quality was not great.

the room size was definitely an issue three people shared a small space this included luggage storage. the wardrobe was open making it hard to keep things tidy. no coffee or toilet roll got replenished consistently it's frustrating when these basics aren't handled well. the air conditioning barely worked , made sleeping difficult and the hotel provided a fan.

this hotel was amazing!! i stayed in a twin room on the 7th floor, room 705. it had an en-suite bath and shower. the balcony was a good size and i saw sunrise, sea, and town views.
the air con wasn't great in rooms. there were queues at the bar all day and all night. not enough plates, glasses or tables were available for the amount of guests.

The hotel offered a special mention from Miguel, the barman. He made top drinks. The location was a short walk to the beach. The animation team was good. Ricky and Julia got guests to play some games. My chosen room, Double Room, met my needs.
The clothes hanging space was much smaller and open. There were no drawers, just four shelves. The safe required payment, which I did not expect. The carpets in the corridor had dirty boot marks from workmen. This was unsightly.
