We enjoyed a lovely week at the hotel with easy access to the beach and a clean, accommodating environment. The animation team really made the stay fun for the kids with engaging activities. However, we faced significant challenges with service, especially during meal times, leading to long waiting periods. Overall, while the experience was positive, there were areas that could use improvement, particularly in food service and facilities.
